Drums
Scott graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Environmental Science. It was during his tenure at Randolph-Macon that he became a founding member of Carbon Leaf. Over his 15 years with the band, he played over 1,200 gigs (including tours with Blues Traveler, Big Head Todd, Jump Little Children, and Great Big Sea) and recorded 6 albums. In addition to his real world experience, Scott has conducted years of self-study, taking countless lessons from both regionally and nationally recognized instructors. Scott has been teaching privately since 2001 and is currently playing in several projects around Richmond; including Dean Fields, The Venture Rays, and Long Story Short.
